Hey there Mama,
Pregnancy and motherhood are major life changes. As much as we love our little ones, I believe that every mother should have some kind of support in their postpartum journey. From learning how to breastfeed your baby, to finding time to tidy up the house, to preparing for a career change, and handling family member conflicts, these are just a short list of things that new parents might go through in their postpartum days.
And your list may be even longer! But that’s OKAY, we are not superheroes, we can’t be everywhere and do everything at once. As a Certified Postpartum Doula and a mom of a mischievous growing toddler, I get that, and I am here to support you on as you are moving through the chaotic life of motherhood (regardless of whether you are a new mom or a mom of multiples).

Postpartum Support
VIRTUAL 1:1 SESSIONS
1:1 sessions with me for 55 minutes via Zoom or phone call.
Parent and Me Music and Movement Class
Created by Zumba® and BabyFirst for children ages 0-4, Zumbini® is an early childhood education program that combines music, dance, and instrument play for 45 minutes of can’t-stop, won’t-stop bonding, learning, and fun! The program was designed to create the ultimate bonding experience for you and your child, all while promoting your little one’s cognitive, emotional, social, and fine + gross motor skills development. Silliness and wacky dance moves are not required – but highly encouraged.
The six-week class includes access to original music and lyrics for Kalino finds the Music to continue the fun at home! Classes will be held virtually. Parent/caregiver participation is required.

Little Readers Book Club
Your little one’s brains are developing rapidly, and reading/storytelling can help develop their vocabulary and language skills, promote concentration, stimulate imagination, and indulge their curious little minds about the world around them.
When we are reading out loud together, everyone has a unique voice, and that’s what makes it much more entertaining! An app will be used to keep track of every book a child has read during our meetings, and their progress will be shared with parents. We will also aim to have monthly events.
